Reishi Calm Gummies are one blackberry gummy for winding down without feeling knocked out. Each gummy has 200 mg of reishi, the mushroom traditionally used to support calm and balance. It's paired with L-Theanine, the calming compound found in green tea, plus three classic relaxation botanicals: Lemon Balm, Passion Flower and Valerian Root.
