Shipping
We ship standard ground to addresses within the United States.
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Products are made and shipped from our fulfillment partner's U.S. facility, so timing can vary by product.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
- Rates: shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination, so you see it before you pay.
- Tracking: we send a tracking link to your email or phone as soon as your order ships.

Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to return unopened products with the safety seal intact and in the original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons we can't accept opened supplements, sale items or gift cards.
- Contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
- If the return is approved, we'll email you a return label and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% shipping, handling and restocking fee unless we agree otherwise. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, tell us right away and we'll make it right.
